But yes my instinct would be to agree. Isn't the one who is different from the crowd always persecuted and labelled? Jesus, Giordano Bruno etc, Then, years later, the crowd catches on to the truth.

My rule of thumb - and that is all it is - would be to follow the visionary, the maverick, the pioneer. History is the proof.
